Email signature management

Every signature correct, without chasing anyone

A generator makes one signature, once. Management is everything after that: people joining and leaving, a brand that changes, and a marketing team that wants the banner space. SigFinch is built for that part.

What the job actually is

Signatures drift. Someone pastes an old version from a colleague, marketing changes the logo, three people get promoted and nobody updates their titles. Six months in, your outbound email is wearing five different brands.

The fix is not a prettier generator — it is one source of truth for the design, a painless way for each person to install their own signature, and a way to see who has and has not. That is signature management, and it is a different product from the free generators.

One brand, set once

Colours, fonts, logo and layout live in one place. Staff can only edit their own personal details, so nothing drifts.

Personal links, not accounts

Everyone gets a durable personal link: open, copy, paste, done — with install steps for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and more. No passwords, no seats to manage.

Banners that update after install

Campaign banners load from a fixed address, so swapping a campaign changes the image inside every already-installed signature. Seasonal promotions without a re-rollout.

Know who has updated

The dashboard shows who has viewed their link and who has copied their signature — so a rebrand is a checklist, not a hope.

Questions people ask

What is email signature management?

Keeping every signature in a company correct, on-brand and up to date as people join, leave and change roles — without chasing anyone. A generator makes one signature once; management is everything that happens after that.

Do you connect to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

No, deliberately. Everyone gets a personal link, copies their signature, and pastes it in once — no admin access to your mail system, and your email never routes through us. When the design changes, one click emails everyone their link and the dashboard shows who has updated.

How do updates reach signatures people already installed?

Logos, photos and campaign banners load from fixed addresses we host, so swapping a campaign changes the banner inside every installed signature — no re-pasting. Layout and text changes need a re-paste, which the personal links make a one-click job to roll out.

What does it cost?

A dollar per live signature per month, capped at $99. Agencies pay $49 for unlimited signatures across ten client workspaces, then $5 per further workspace. The 30-day trial needs no card.
